A lovely lady that welcomed us and ordered take- away dinner for us that was delivered at the property. Room was clean and very comfortable beds and shower was excellent. She has a honesty bar with cooldrinks, beers, water, wine and chips. The property is a few 100m from the town centre - so honesty bar is a great plus.

We really loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The view of the forest is simply stunning, and in the morning the birdsong is absolutely beautiful. We liked it so much that we actually came back — we were on a road trip and it was very convenient that the hotel has its own parking. It’s also close to Bilbao, with an easy and comfortable drive. At first, we planned to stay just one night, but we liked it so much we returned and stayed another night. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great — everything was just perfect. The bed was very comfortable, including the pillows, and the room had everything we needed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a complimentary bottle of wine. A perfect stay!

I stayed here for one night during my Camino del Norte pilgrimage. The accommodation is not directly on the Camino but the 15-minute detour was definitely worth it - what a lovely place! You can tell that the accommodation is run with a lot of love and attention to even the smallest details. Both my room and the common areas were beautiful, very clean and spacious. I would also like to mention the incredible owner - she made me feel welcome straight away and even took me to the nearest supermarket after a long day on the Camino! Once again, thank you. 😊 I would definitely come back!

Staying in this cabin felt like living in a home, not an apartment for rent. Spacious and ideal for our family of 4. Equipped with absolutely everything- every seasoning, detergents, soap, towels, kitchen utencil, bedding, even breakfast food! Contactless and effortless check-in and check-out. Peaceful terrace, and well kept, private backyard. Parking your car next to the house entrance is great for handling the luggage. Car ride to Bilbao - only 15 mins. When we return to Euskal Herria (and we certainly will because it’s spectacular!) this will be our base.

"We had an incredible stay at Iñigo's villa in Bilbao! Iñigo truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The villa itself was amazing, with a beautiful pool, BBQ area, and modern interior. The transport links were convenient, with reasonable Uber prices and trains to Bilbao. We also enjoyed a great day trip to San Sebastián, thanks to the excellent bus links nearby. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Iñigo was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, and he was always on hand to help us 24/7. Additionally, the nearby supermarket in Gexto was fantastic - super reasonable prices and staffed with friendly people.
