Such a treat to stay at this gem situated right in the Txakoli vineyards of beautiful Getaria! Aitzpea is the best host, so friendly and helpful. Although situated above the town, it’s quite an easy walk to reach town (only 10 minutes). Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and modern bathroom. The breakfast is amazing with fresh eggs and a variety of breads, meats, cheeses. Super location to explore Basque region.

Very nice room in very nice modern building in rural location in the hills at the back of San Sebastián/Bilbao. so was great for us after doing great hike in the mountains. There is very nice common area shared by 4 rooms where you can cook and relax and where they serve you a very nice local breakfast. Great rural views. Good directions given to the place which is needed as it’s up a bit of rural road though that adds to the rural retreat nature of the place. You will want to take your food etc with you as shops 10 mins away We really enjoyed.

The recently renovated structure was particularly cared for in the details and in the informal furnishings. Welcoming and with a garden on the Basque hills of a deep green and flowers of every kind, starting from the hydrangeas that grow in bunches like in a vineyard!

I loved how comfortable and nicely decorated the house was. It made me feel right at home! It was the first time on my trip that I could truly relax and feel at ease. The cozy atmosphere of the house made it a truly enjoyable experience for me.
