We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was clean, tidy, and very spacious, with everything we needed — and even more. The location is perfect: quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk to the ocean. We had absolutely marvelous experience in the apartment. I think Francesca cares about the apartment and her guests a lot. We were contacted before arrival and Francesca met and greet us showing everything around. Kitchen: equipped with everything you need. I am a frequent traveller and it is always the case that you need to buy oil, salt, sugar and dishwasher tabs. But here everything was available. Even great moka pot for morning coffees Bedroom: small but with spacious wardrobe. Good mattress. Air conditioning is located in a different room but for us it was ok Terrace: we had our breakfasts and dinners on the terrace and it was very nice Location: 15min drive from south airport. Noise from the airport is audible but only during the day - at night you will have silence and serenity. While there's a small beach in a walking distance, I highly recommend renting a car and explore around. There's a supermarket 300m from apartment block and some restaurants too. Parking is easy to find in a walking proximity.

Excellent communication and arrangements in advance. Met by the property manager (David) on arrival and given a full tour of the property. The villa is amazing and suited our family of 7 perfectly. Stunning space around the pool and separate large BBQ area with seating and table tennis. Whole villa was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Awesome place!

The location is a bit higher in hills, so far from the noise of the towns and traffic. Quietness of the area is allowing you to properly rest during the night and enjoy dawns, mornings and evenings. As the house is looking towards East, you have just amazing view, amazing!, over the sea, mountain and sunrise. And as the whole one side of the house is in glass, you can enjoy that view whether from the terrace or your bed. The house and the whole property is exceptionally clean and well maintained as it is cleaned every morning. In addition to that, the property is closed with a high wall and the gate is always closed so you can afford forgetting to lock the car as you know it will be safe. The pool is heated 24 hours so you can dive in any time of the day or night. Hospitality of the owner is exceptional! Being very friendly, approaching and helpful yet discreet, was something that was very much appreciated. Especially leaving the whole bowl of tropical fruit on our terrace table. :-) Place to be highly recommended!

Casa Vera de la Hoya is a one-of-a-kind place. It reminded us of albergues for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, but with perfectly clean kitchen :) It is a true sanctuary for people seeking peace, beautiful localities, and friendly atmosphere. There is a shared kitchen with good equipment, a dining room, a large place to sit and chill around the swimming pool, and a big private parking. We only stayed there for two nights because of the proximity to Pico Viejo, but we would definitely like to spend some more time there just to relax and enjoy the place.

Cute house with a beautiful pool, away from the busy coastal region in a quiet village. Overlooks a large hill, so quite private. The restaurant nearby was able to accomodate us one night (including a vegan) and it was great local fare. We ate huge mushrooms we'd never seen before that grow locally. Friendly manager, also gave tips for local supermarket, etc. A very sweet place with a lot of potential.
