The cottage was like a dream, especiallythe bathroom. The kitchen is well equiped, we loved the eco-friendly cleaning products, too. Therecwere board games as well as TV with netflix so we could watch some movies too. The garden is amazing! And the communication of the hosts made us feel warmly welcomed, too.

Everything - this is absolutely the most perfect place with lovely homely touches in the room (biscuits, hot chocolate, teas, and fresh milk). The breakfast was outstanding and everything is clearly locally sourced. Everyone there is so helpful and accommodating, couldn’t recommend the place more. Shirley is a wonderful host and was very welcoming to me and my two Goldens, who were able to play in her garden The location is very restful, set in a rural, woodland area, just off the main road, but you don't hear it at all. Surrounded by farmland and animals, it was a perfect stay. The cabin itself is beautiful, with every commodity you could ask for. All in all, it's a great place to stay, and I will certainly return on my next trip south.

Everything about the chalet was perfect - it was sparkling clean, luxurious, modern, cosy, and so comfortable. We really wish we could've stayed for longer. We loved the super king sized bed as we had the most comfortable and restful sleep. The water pressure and temperature control in the shower was exceptional, and the private sauna was easy to get going and so relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need including premium and stylish appliances, quality kitchenware and a dishwasher. The location was accessible but secluded, it was so lovely being surrounded by nature. Check in was also easy and convenient with the lockbox. There were so many really thoughtful touches in the chalet, Lorna has really considered it all and we really appreciated the attention to detail to everything. We loved the design and functionality of the chalet - one of the best places we've ever stayed and we'd love to return in future!
