There are very beautiful views. Cleanliness and good environment. It is an ideal place for friends or a large family. 8 people can be accommodated freely and 2 additional people can be accommodated on the sofa. Cable car and ski track are nearby. I will definitely come back

The cottage was cosy and suitable for 7 people. We loved the location, terrace and the view. The heating was as well great since we needed to dry the skiing equipment.

Top choice! Cozy, clean, private, very quiet and well maintained. Everything looks relatively new. Very nice host. Definitely recommend. You need a car to get around here.

Absolutely wonderful place with a great host Nanuka! My room was clean, warm and spacious enough. Kitchen was next door to my apartment and had everything to cook breakfast and make tea. Shops and cafes are located in Stepantsminda. If you don't have a car, you can hitchhike to the city, it always took me a couple of minutes to catch a car and less than 10 minutes to get to the town.
