Cottages in Conakry

This place is lovely; a full house, highly secure, and very quiet. A huge sofa in the spacious salon, two large bedrooms, with a shower room, and a full kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. With two king-size beds, and a bunk bed, this would suit an extended family, or, along with the sofa, a large group of friends travelling together. It has a dining room as well, so cooking and eating together is easy. The compound can easily fit a large car (maybe two), many motorcycles or bikes securely. The air conditioning in the salon and the bedrooms is essential for summer, and a god-send after going out to explore. The area is very local, which I loved; I was quite the hit strolling through the local market shopping for vegetables 😄 Mme Fofana, the host, and her on-the-ground guys Malick and Madiou are lovely, always available, friendly and helpful. This place is, at the price, an absolute steal 😁😁😁
