We adored the proximity to the beach. Litteraly in front of the house. Our group both liked bigger waves and the stiller water and both options were right in front of the door. We stayed one week and we tried almost every restaurant on the street and our favorite was really Captain Loizos ! The staff was so kind and so happy to see us, which gave it an even better vacation feeling. Dimitrios was also so attentive and would have been there directly if we would have needed anything ! So great :) The bus #18 from the airport/ fira drops you off almost in front of the house (200m). You can also rent quads and scooters not too far away for a good price (70€ per day). We would definitely come back and we highly recommend! Thank you again :)

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

The villa itself is great, looks new and clean and the view is amazing, right at the sea. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but no one was complaining about the noise either, as we were on a girls trip. The swimming pool and beach beds were great and we even used the bbq. I also really liked the treatment that we received from the staff. We had food in our fridge just in case we had nothing to eat on the first day. The cleaning was always on time and the host was always online and happy to help with any questions. He also booked taxis and gave recommendations if needed. Thank you for that

We were welcome by Elpida, she is a lovely person who made everything to make us feel comfortable in our stay. She was very responsive and friendly. The bedroom is HUGE. I can be quite picky about the bed and mattress, but our bed couldn’t be more comfortable and thanks god it was big and firm. The place was spotless, they made our bed and cleaned everyday. We had a big and nice toilet with a great shower and hairdryer. There is a minibar, kettle and all amenities you might need. One table inside and one outside of the bedroom for you to have breakfast ou lunch. The pool is also great. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately our stay was not what I was expecting one issue after another. The pictures make this property look modern and well kept but the truth is it’s very run down lacking in any proper equipment for cooking ( one saucepan and a frying pan). The hot tub is not big enough to even sit in and the pictures make it look huge. We couldn’t use it due to the fact it was full of dirt and rubble and also didn’t look like it has been treated so we refrained from going in it.

In this villa, you have everything you need. Inside is clean and cosy. Big rooms! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped. The pool is clean!!! Excellent location. You can see the sunrise from the window of the master bedroom. Modern kitchen with all you need included. The host Marina will assist with whatever you need.

Really charming and peacefull place , great for relax . We gave this place high rate also because we were really pleased to have such a great host as Mariana. We had a really fun time there.
