Our stay at this charming house was absolutely wonderful. The location is great - just steps away from a bakery, a café, and great local restaurants. It truly allowed us to soak in the relaxed, authentic atmosphere of Brtonigla ❤️ The house itself is beautifully renovated and designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, fresh, and ready for us when we arrived. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has everything you might need. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. We could relax completely, unwind, and enjoy both the house and the charm of the region. The location is also perfect as a base for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The host was lovely – very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. You can really feel that she cares about creating a great experience for her guests. All in all, it was a truly delightful stay – peaceful, relaxing, and full of small touches that made it special. We would absolutely love to return! Highly recommended! ❤️

The house was absolutely beautiful! Fantastic space for our family, beautifully appointed with all the facilities we could want. The pool is lovely - warm, clean and with plenty of space to swim, play or relax - and the location is wonderfully peaceful but easy to get to shops and activities. Hrvoje met us on arrival and was so welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts provided by his wife were a particularly nice touch and absolutely delicious! We had an amazing time here and would love to return to Villa Francesca - I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

The property is just amazing. Nature, privacy and you. Thats it. Very good for a family with kids, clean pool, clean villa. Marko the host is very friendly and really wants that the guests feel like home. If we needed anything, he was there in 15-20 minutes. Worth every penny!
