3 comfortable double bedrooms with great facilities. Located walking distance from mandre which has cafes / restaurants and an aqua glide. We used a car to explore the island. Keys were collected via arrangement with owner. Great communication.

It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Terrace, with outdoor kitchen, fully equipped recently renovated kitchen inside, comfortable bed, big living room, mosquito nets on windows, washing machine. We appreciated very much owners’ attention to detail and their effort to make the stay convenient: everything you need was provided, including cold drinks and milk in the fridge. It is a fantastic welcome when you arrive late on a hot day! We received detailed instructions for how to get to the house and the owner was helpful. Some basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, etc and cleaning products were also available. The house is in quiet location.

Everything about this villa was perfect , I’ll start off by saying how good the host was , he made us all feel welcome and was very polite and respectful along with his staff, the whole villa was spotless the pool was amazing the views around the villa some of the best , this villa is in a perfect location very quiet and peaceful and only 5 minutes walk to the shops , I would recommend this villa to anyone that is thinking about coming and I’ll be returning 😁

The house is very spacious, with a real Mediterranean feeling. Everything was very clean and well equipped so our stay was really comfortable. The house has three parking spaces and is in the centre of Novalja, so everything was within a few minutes walk - restaurants, bars and shops. The house also has two terraces so you can enjoy the shade during the whole day. There are a lot of beaches near by, you can go with a car but also walk to the nearest one. The host was very helpful and nice so I would recommend the stay at SIlk Tree House to everyone.
