This is a beautiful house that was perfect for our two families with kids to spend the week. The location is great and easy to access some great beaches, activities and restaurants. Ivan was a helpful host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful newly renovated villa less than 10 minutes walk from Trogir old town. Came here to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. We arrived late evening so the shops were closed but Andrijana had kindly filled the fridge with lots of food, wine and drinks to get us started! The pool was lovely & heated. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The villa was well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all modern and spacious. Trogir itself is a beautiful historic town with lovely cobbled streets - we loved exploring finding hidden gems around each corner. It is also very easy to access Split for the day - about 30 mins by car but you can also get a boat from trogir town for only €9! We also went wine tasting near by which had a stunning view of the harbour. The villa is family ran and they also own a nearby restaurant which we visited & would recommend. Overall a great base to explore this beautiful area - don’t hesitate to stay here!

The villa is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the sea and close to both Trogir and Split. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining area offers beautiful views. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for families or groups. We stayed there for 4 nights and were really surprised when arrived and came to the house. My friends and I recommend this property!

We were self-catering. The Miolin family took special trouble to inform us because we were booked the night end of Summer time and Winter time began on Sunday - that many of the shops/businesses would be closed. They kindly provided a basic breakfast package based on a list requested by us and told us which supermarket by the airport would be open for half an hour after we landed. We were able to send a 'flying brigade' armed with shopping lists to choose enough food, veg, fruit, wine etc. to see us through the weekend. We were able to enjoy a glorious sunny Sunday 'at home' swimming in the sea and pool, generally settling down and exploring. The Quiet: you could hear the sea at night, no road noise. The excellent design of the house, all bedrooms overlooked the garden to the sea; spacious rooms and garden seating areas - plenty of space for everyone not to feel cramped. The piano and guitar were also attractions. The 'professional kitchen' with american-style refrigerator and dishwasher (permanently in use) which enabled us to keep 7 ravenous teenagers/children happily fed. Lunch on the terrace and supper in the dining room. A wide range of activities, boat trips, historical sites etc. within reach. Everyone explored Split, tempted by the thought of a pizza restaurant or icecream shop around each corner, discovering treasurers like Jupiter's Temple en route. Inquisitive history/archaeology! The convenient parking, the mediterranean garden, though both the bougainvillea and plumbago were pretty dry.
