Absolutely loved this place! Stunning views and serenity, so peaceful and quiet. Has everything you need and is clean and tidy. Nice and warm inside. We got lucky with the clouds and saw the northern lights from here. Also woke up to a foot of fresh snow one morning… and another foot or more of snow the next morning so I’d advise if you are getting a car rental in Iceland definitely opt for a 4x4 or AWD! The roads can be almost impassable when there’s a big dump of snow. But this cabin is superb, we would love to come back one day.

The igloo was stunning! We had one that has a little cabin included. it offers a bathroom and a wardrobe and a coffemachine with coffe and hot chocolate included. the beds were super comfy and the heating of the bed saved you from the cold. its quite cool there, so wear something warm but with the heater and the bed heating we managed. The interior is super cozy, tree trunks were the nightstand (unfortunately mine had mold under the lamp) but the rest was very clean!

Friendly host, even prepared small welcoming gift( choc) for Christmas. Only thing to take note is check in time is 5pm ( a bit late for Winter), but its already stated prior booking.
