We were really impressed with the staff especially Sharon on reception who went the extra mile. Making us really welcome & Tilly our dog so welcome. She even translated the menu into English for us & waited on us at dinner. The food was exceptional & made us want to stay the extra night.

Beautiful house with a lovely terrace and plenty of space. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. There is free private parking on the enclosed property. A nice and good restaurant is located nearby, with generous opening hours. Coffee was also provided, and the place was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We only stayed for one night but really wished we could have stayed longer — we would definitely come back next time!

It's very uncommon for me to give full marks to a place but this place is totally unique, few hundreds of meters from the nearby university, highest point in Ancona with an historic landmark inside the propery and a rare within-the-town farmhouse whose products you can taste for breakfast ... and also the room is bigger than a standard junior suite and has a very large bathroom with both shower and bath tub! You can even have a run within the propery, with a super view on both the sea side and land side of ancona.
