A very nice agriturismo, about 15 minutes by car to the center of Firenze. The apartment was very nice and spacious, decorated with antique furnitures. The bathroom was also very big and clean.

It’s everything you could possibly dream of for a farm stay in Tuscany. The hospitality of the host, the home prepared breakfast and the entire property and views were exceptional. We were exploring Italy by car. I would highly recommend a car for this area.

We loved everything, from the locality and quiet, to the views, the fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for us, and beautiful resident Sylvana who was a pleasure to make acquaintance. The views over Florence city are spectacular. The accommodation is very roomy, with the classic Tuscan building and feel. We were greeted by the host who explained the property and gave us some of their own produce, olive oil and honey 😊

Staying at Casa Vacanza Amelia was a very cozy, comfortable, authentic Italian experience. The house had great facilities including a well equipped kitchen with fabulous coffee machine, dishwasher and a clothes washing machine. The two bedrooms were large with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. We loved our own garden with our two little friendly tortoises who were always eager to be hand fed and have a chat! The views from the front garden were stunning typically Tuscan hilly views. Fiesole is delightful with easy access to Florence. Our host Filippo was quick to respond to any requests.

I had a whole, very comfortable house to myself, all on a single level. It was in the beautiful location of Fiesole. It would be ideal for anyone wanting to have an extended stay in Tuscany. Only a 20 minute bus ride into Florence, with stunning views on the way down. The highlight of location was the local museum. Totally unexpected and amazing! It was very clean and comfortable, with all appliances and amenities. Having the washing machine was a bonus.The bed was large and comfortable. Host was very kind assisting me with my suitcase down to house. He took the time to show me the whole property and explain everything.

Amazing place to stay at when visiting Florence - especially for families with kids, but also for everyone searching for some peace and quiet in a close vicinity to the city center - the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio are all just a short drive away down the hill. If you’re doing the Via Degli Dei, you MUST stay here. This was perhaps the highlight of my trip - from the tasting menu (genuinely some of the best food that I had that week), to the views, the rooms, everything. Alfonso went above and beyond as a host. I ended up forgetting my Kindle and he drove to Fiesole so that I could get it back, saving me from having to book a very expensive taxi from Florence. Thank you again so very much for your kindness and amazing place!

This property was blow mind! The farm and land was so incredible to be able to walk around and feed all the animals. It truly was a unique and enjoyable experience. The rooms were cosy and perfect, the staff were friendly, parking was great, pool and views were lovely!!
