Our stay at Dany's Sea House was even better than we expected! The apartment is bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need - even beach towels. The location is perfect, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Paola is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Communication was easy, and she was always available for any questions. We really enjoyed our week in Lido di Ostia and would love to come back next year. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent housing for both families and large groups. The apartment has 6 rooms, 4 of which can be used for sleeping. ❤️ Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner of the apartment. She is very welcoming and kind. They even let us check in early. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, large and spacious. There is everything you need! The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper. The kitchen has utensils, tea and coffee. And also in the fridge there was juice and snacks, which surprised us very pleasantly! The woman-owner left us a lot of towels, as well as a bedding for the beach. Each room has a TV. Two rooms have air conditioning. Just a fantastic huge balcony overlooking the city and the sea. There are several sun loungers and an umbrella, a table with chairs, a clothes dryer, a barbecue, a cactus! THIS IS THE BEST HOME WE HAVE EVER LIVED! We would like to come back here!❤️❤️❤️

It is a very nice villa, situated in 3-5 minutes walk from a paid beach and 5-7 minutes walk from the public beach (depending on how fast you walk). Also in 5-7 minutes walk away there is a train station, and for 1.5 Euro you can get to Rome (The ride is about 35 minutes long, and there is climate control in the train, which is especially nice during heat). The host was extremely nice and welcoming, helped us with many questions and gave advice on where to go and what to see, where to rent a car, etc. Also on that same train or on bus (the bus stop is super close to the villa) you can get to Ostia (the supermarket is there, and a lot of nice restaurants) and to Ostia Antica (a historical site, that I highly recommend visiting). Normally there is a caffee/bar next door to the villa, but it was closed on vacation during our stay. You can also eat in several beach restaurants in the same neighborhood, where the villa is situated. The villa has all necessary items and facilities: two bathrooms (with a bathtub and a standing shower), washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, a very cosy outside table big enough for a company of 6 or more people. Except for the steps on the entrance, other rooms in the villa are rather flat (one of our group had to use crutches when walking, so this was important for us). The steps are somewhat an obsticle, but we managed, given that there were only two of them. There are some trees around the villa, and a place to park a car inside the villa territory, behind the gate. Also there are two doors in the fense: closer to the main road and closer to the seaside. Overall a very good experience.
