The location was in a quiet area, not too far from Shinjuku, and only 5 minutes from a local subway station so it was very easy to get around the whole of Tokyo. To find a place with two toilets and two bathrooms in this location was rare and a bonus, and very convenient. It was close to several famous convenience stores (konbini), drug stores, McDonalds, and also close to a beautiful park and Starbucks. The kitchen was well stocked with things to use, and it was lovely to also have a laundry. The owner was always very attentive when I asked questions, and always responded politely and quickly. I left an important item behind by mistake, and the owner contacted me after check out to let me know, and went out of his way to ensure the item was sent to me at my next accommodation in Osaka, which was so very helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking at this for an option.

The place was relatively clean and modern for 2 families of 7 members. There were even Dyson hair dryers for usage. Overall it was a great stay as it is in the heart of residential area of Shibuya

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Memorable Stay — Truly a Home for Our Family Reunion Our stay was absolutely memorable. The accommodation was perfect for our small group, offering plenty of space to move around comfortably. The beds were just right—cozy enough to give us a restful sleep after long, exciting days exploring Tokyo. The location was ideal as well. It felt perfectly centered, making it easy for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. To be honest, I was initially a bit anxious due to recent news about fake listings on Booking.com. But our gracious host, Jingyi, quickly eased all those worries. Everything was smooth, reliable, and genuinely welcoming. Because of that, our trip blossomed into the joyous reunion with my beloved siblings that I had hoped for. Thank you for helping make this trip truly special. ❤️❤️❤️

It’s a house in Tokyo! Not apartment or small room in a hotel. There is a good kitchen with everything you need to cook, livingroom, nice bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, on the third floor one bedroom with futons. Subway is about 2 min on feet from the house and you can get to Sinjuku station quickly. Many shops and cafes in area. Next time will stay with pleasure!

Absolutely fantastic place, a great place to stay in not far from central tokyo while also being Absolutely peaceful and quite. The owners are lovely and incredibly kind and will help with anything you may need.
