Absolutely gorgeous, with a short walk to lake Suwa on your doorstep! The facilities and staff was 10/10 and we couldn’t have been more happier Which a spacious place with lots of room for luggage and plenty of amenities for cooking to have a break from eating out all of the time, there’s a 7/11 about a 5 minute walk to grab supplies and the staff there was so friendly, there’s a Denny’s and McDonalds too on the basically the same road if you did want to grab some food along with a Daiso so you’re pretty much set, even though there’s not much around it’s so nice to take a break away from the cities Everything you could need is here from a washing machine all the way to futons to have that traditional feel! Staff was so helpful in answering all my questions and their customer service was very good I wish we could have stayed longer here, value for money for the location and all you get include it is so worth it Would highly recommend here and I will come back!

The communication with the host was great, really helpful! The L-Base area has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. The appartment was clean and new. Perfect place to stay!

- the owner was quick in replying and very helpful, we were able to store our luggage - check-in is possible by self check-in, very useful to stay flexible - the kitchen is fully equipped to cook and make tea - small notes prepared by the host helped to find everything around the house :) - location was great, close to the castle

O-Ki was an excellent host. The spaces were beautiful and the serenity was much appreciated. Upstairs and downstairs toilets made the stay fantastic for old legs.
