We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

Very friendly and useful staff, especially Nisante. They did everything for us to fill very welcome. Every day we were asked what are our desires for breakfast. They provided for us mosquitoes protection. Room is nicer than on the pictures, comfortable bed, quality toiletieres, kettle, safe box, useful clean pool. You can use all services in another beachfront object (sunbeds on the beach, pool). Good wi-fi.

We spent one night at the Black Monkey Villa in mid-September and felt completely at home. The accommodation is tastefully and functionally furnished - the air conditioning, hairdryer and fridge are in mint condition and worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the covered outdoor area invites you to enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery even when it rains. The shower was a real highlight - by far the best we experienced during our stay in Sri Lanka. We were able to relax wonderfully and would definitely come back on our next visit to Sri Lanka!

I recently stayed at a hotel Ocean Breeze Cottage during my vacation, and I had a wonderful experience! The room was nice,Clean and included a balcony with a stunning sea view, which made my mornings extra special. The hotel’s location was also a big plus since it was close to town, making it easy to explore. We especially loved the extraordinary service Kumara and his wife Surangi provided, making our stay feel right at home. They live right near the villa and cater to your stay needs with care and permanent attention. Special thanks to Athula for getting us around to see the extraordinary nature and beaches around. We liked the villa positioning in the nature, with close proximity to Ambalangoda's wonderful beach and the local chill beach bars. The fresh fruits from the garden, the monkeys crossing in the trees and the fireflies at night make the place unique Also, the delicious traditional food prepared by Surangi and Kumara has been a delight.

Exceptional villa design, extraordinary hospitality of Irosh and his family. We had an amazing time here, highly recommended. AC in every room, very clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, dining and living rooms.
