We stayed at Kurumba Villa for 3 nights and it couldn’t be any better. The entire property is very neat and clean. Very big pool :) and nice common area. In our Villa we had a lot of space and of course it was very clean, too. The owner and her staff are the nicest people, they assured that we feel comfortable at any time, were supportive with any request ;) thank you very much for making our time so unforgettable!

One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Sanjaya is so nice! a few days before the stay, I contacted him to know more on how to get to his place. He said he will try his best to pick us up from train station if he is available, and he really made it! He shared a lot about Geoffrey Bawa and the stay at his place are so sweet and cozy!

We had the big Villa with an entrance room with a wash basin and tea/coffee making facilities. The main bedroom with the very comfortable big bed was equipment with airconditioning. The large bathroom has an outdoor shower which we enjoyed. All modern and well looked after. All that in a rural setting just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Thank you to Dilan who made our stay very comfortable.
