We had an amazing stay at the Hideaway Garage. It was our first day in Sri Lanka and we arrived there very early in the morning directly from the airport. Even though it was early we could already have the room without any extra charge. The host is amazing and made our stay very special. He organized everything for us for a fair price, which was great and made our first day in Sri Lanka just perfect. We climbed Pidurangala Rock and went on a Safari, where we saw a lot of elephants. It was just the perfect day. The rooms are super nice and spacious and clean. Thanks again for everything. We would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

It was a lovely mango farm. It was so calm. The room was a good size. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was really good. The staff were helpful and organised us tuktuks and drivers so we could do sight seeing.

We stayed at Gaia Lake Bungalows for one week and had an excellent time. You can rent the whole villa and enjoy a really unique private experience in this central region of Sri Lanka. The villa is located directly at the beautiful Kandalama Lake (with a stunning view on the lake) and is certainly one of the best locations you can choose for exploration of the cultural triangle between Polonaruwa, Anuradhapura, Kandy and Dambulla, including Sigiriya. Sarath, the private cook will introduce you to the various flavours of traditional Sri Lankan food and Darshi the manager kindly supports any kind of arrangements you may need. We booked the entire villa for only 3 persons but there is plenty of room for 6 persons or even more. Moreover a large swimming pool is available for exercise or relaxation after excursions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We absolutely loved our stay! If you are looking for close contact with nature, this is the perfect place. Here you can truly experience an immersion in Sri Lankan culture. Waking up to the sound of birds makes every morning feel special. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and well taken care of. Colin and Pad are such warm hosts they make you feel at home from the very first moment, always checking in to be sure everything is going well. They also speak perfect English, which makes communication effortless. Breakfast is generous, varied, and truly delicious. The pool is very clean, refreshing, and a wonderful place to relax. Sidh Sigiriya is one of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. The property is beautiful with large and incredibly comfortable rooms. It’s so peaceful and quiet, perfectly located between Sigiriya and Dambulla, and provided everything we were hoping for. The place was a little paradise out in the jungle, there's lots of monkeys hanging around! The host was lovely and made us incredible traditional dinners and breakfasts Just note that it's about 15 mins tuktuk from Sigiriya and Dambulla, but the host organised tuktuks for our trips out, so it was totally fine
