We had an amazing stay at the Hideaway Garage. It was our first day in Sri Lanka and we arrived there very early in the morning directly from the airport. Even though it was early we could already have the room without any extra charge. The host is amazing and made our stay very special. He organized everything for us for a fair price, which was great and made our first day in Sri Lanka just perfect. We climbed Pidurangala Rock and went on a Safari, where we saw a lot of elephants. It was just the perfect day. The rooms are super nice and spacious and clean. Thanks again for everything. We would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

We had the pleasure of being some of the first guests at this wonderful retreat in Sri Lanka, and we absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, with a great variety of fresh and delicious Sri Lankan dishes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We were also impressed by the attention to detail, including the information provided about the trees on the property, including their Latin names. The architecture was not only pleasing to the eye but also absolutely functional. Additionally, the manager went out of their way to ensure our well-being, as they complimentary called a doctor to check on me after I caught a cold during the train ride. We can't wait to return and experience the hospitality and beauty of this accommodation facility again!

If you are looking for an off the grid place to stay and discover the Dambulla area, I highly recommend the Vihanga Village. A family run place where they even provide the best breakfast ever. The Sambol is to die for with bread. The owner was such a good human that would check on us each morning and provided whatever we asked for. One of our group member had to go to the hospital late night, the owner while being sick himself, drove us to the hospital. I would go back to @vihangavillage each time I am back in the area. A beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. A true natural gem!

I stayed for 4 days to make daytrips to Sigirya etc and enjoyed every Minute in the hotel. The owner is really nice and helped with organizing The trips and buses. Plus he was always there for a chat. The Pool was really good after a long day sightseeing.

Had an amazing holiday! Surrounded by nature with all the facilities you need including a pool to spend a relaxing holiday with family or even a group of friends! Host was lovely and responded to all queries promptly. Loved the food and a shout out to Sarath uncle and Nimal uncle, staff at the property. Garden bbq was amazing!

Sidh Sigiriya is one of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. The property is beautiful with large and incredibly comfortable rooms. It’s so peaceful and quiet, perfectly located between Sigiriya and Dambulla, and provided everything we were hoping for. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely lovely and always available to support us if we needed anything. Big thanks to Chaminda and Pathum! We look forward to coming back hopefully soon.

The place was a little paradise out in the jungle, there's lots of monkeys hanging around! The host was lovely and made us incredible traditional dinners and breakfasts Just note that it's about 15 mins tuktuk from Sigiriya and Dambulla, but the host organised tuktuks for our trips out, so it was totally fine

We had the “villa with private pool” (it’s not the bungalow you see on the photos) the place was really nice, super clean, air con, amazing dinner! The owner and his family are very kind and helpful!
