Our stay at Colombo J-Villa in Kerala was truly exceptional. The villa was stunning, with every finish done to a high standard. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The host added thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for, like slippers in the bathrooms and toothbrushes for every guest. We loved it so much that we changed our travel plans just to come back for another night at the end of our tour. It was the best decision we made. The host welcomed us back with warm hospitality, serving us tea and a delicious cake. It felt like coming home. This villa isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place you remember long after you leave.

The owner of this property is incredible. She has tried to think of every little detail that a traveller may need and make them as comfortable as possible. While it may not be an idyllic location for the majority of your stay in Sri Lanka it is perfect for arrival or departure if you just want to relax before / after your journey. Maybe it would also be suitable for those spending more time in Columbo as it is only about 45 minutes from the city centre. The host has a caretaker who is amazing. He keeps the property in perfect condition. He also escorted us to the shared pool within the gated community and most surprisingly, after ordering food to be delivered, he set the table and actually plated up everything and served us in 5* standards. Once we were finished he cleared away the table so silently we didn’t even know he had been. 100% you must try to stay here when near Columbo.

THANK you so much for this beautiful stay. At first we were there for 6 nights - and everything was amazing ! So actually we came back a few days later for 4 more nights ! We enjoyed the calm atmosphere with the stunning view, the garden, the pool and sounds of the birds. We will never forget the outstanding service and the food.
