Quiet but close to the city. Very well equipped, you have all what you need and even more. Caring host, which lives just across the street. I forgot some clothes and they sent it to me by train the same day. Incredible good service! Very good breakfast!

The guesthouse is situated in a beautiful, hilly, slightly mountainous landscape. I drove there in a 110cc Honda Vio. I traveled to various destinations on my scooter. The owner is happy to give you some suggestions on where to go. There are temples, waterfalls, and mountain viewpoints to visit. An elephant sanctuary is also not too far away, as is Kandy with its botanical gardens and the Temple of the Tooth. 5-30 km. The temperature at night, around 22°C, is ideal for sleeping even without air conditioning. There is a fan, which I didn't need. It can get hot here during the day, but it's nowhere near as humid and oppressive as on the coast. My room was nice and clean, with a private bathroom. The view from my window looked out onto the garden. Around the house, you have a further view of the valley. You can set up your breakfast table outside so that you have shade and a beautiful view of the valley at the same time. The meal, with rice, various vegetables, and eggs, was extremely tasty and inexpensive. You are welcome to express your wishes.I, along with the owner, restored an old, overgrown spring and bathing area. It's about 40 meters away. It's still very rustic. It's about 2 meters long and 2 meters wide, made of brick, and chest-deep. It has a naturally uneven rocky and sandy bottom.I came as a stranger and left as a friend.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect, surrounded by nature. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and it made the experience even more special. The house and rooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

Everything!!! It is just a beautiful spot and the place to be!!! It is definitely a 5star hotel. From panoramic views, delicious food and the staff is just amazing!! The rooms are really spacious. The shower is amazing with hot water!! I could stand in there for hours. There is airco, there is a fan. A minibar. Panoramic views of the mountains and at night you see all the lights from the city. It is just stunning. There is an infinity pool overlooking the mountains. And then the staff...Imalka is just so great. She makes sure that you will have a perfect stay. You can communicate with her through whatsapp and she helps you with every need. From transport to tours or just a nice little chat. She is perfect for the job!! I love her so much!! Also the chef Dahnuka makes sure your food is whatever you like. The cleaning lady Priyanka greets you every morning and make sure your room is as clean as it can be!! The place is not only beautiful but the staff makes it so much more amazing. Thank you to all of you for taking such care of me!! Do not doubt to go anywhere else. This is the place to stay!!!
