My stay at Tea Escape was genuinely memorable. The views are stunning and create such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious every day, and you can really taste the care that goes into each dish. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I’d happily return and definitely recommend it to others.

We booked Tea Heritage after seeing how beautiful the property looked online and how reasonably priced it was, and it exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. Communication with the host was excellent even before we arrived. We had a few specific requests, especially around my partner’s dietary needs, and the host was more than happy to accommodate everything. They were flexible, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay exactly how we wanted it. The food was a major highlight. We were served delicious home-cooked meals with a great variety of dishes tailored to our preferences, even accommodating last-minute requests without any hesitation. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The property itself is spacious, private, and incredibly serene. It felt like a true escape into nature, surrounded by misty hills and peaceful views. We love outdoor experiences, and being offered a visit to a nearby organic farm was a wonderful bonus and one of the most memorable parts of our stay. We were also surprised with a candlelit dinner to celebrate our special occasion, which made our engagement even more magical. It was the perfect setting, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better place for such an important moment in our lives. A special mention to Palitha, who took great care of us throughout our stay, and to Dinu, the co-host and chef, who always made sure we were comfortable, well-fed, and well looked after, and not to Forget Thilina, the other co-host who was always available on the phone to coordinate everything. Their hospitality made a big difference. Amazing privacy, stunning views, a beautiful location, and heartfelt service. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at Liyara Villas. The area was quiet, peaceful, very close to a Buddhist temple. The apartment was confortable, very clean. The hosts were really kind and helpful - they prepared dinner for us, as all the restaurants were closed due to Public Holiday. Thank You so much for a fantastic time at Gampola!

From the first contact with the owner I understand that our experience in this location will be a pleasant one. But in fact what we received was much more than our expectations !!! First the location is very good, easy to arrive by bus, very clean and well decorated, many commodities around. Shawn is the most amazing person we ever met! He helped us with a lot of advice, showed us around, and helped us to arrive in time to the railway station. He is the perfect person to contact if you need any help !!! Always ready to help and to support support people in need! Finally after just one day, we become family friends! His children are amazing, very sweet and well educated! It was really difficult to leave the place ! If you are a single woman travel, this is the best save place to stay in Kandy !
