Perfect location only 700m from the beach. You can sleep very quiet, it's a very clean room. Good breakfast. Ruwan is very friendly and knows the exact spot to see seaturtles and when! Don't hesitate just book this homestay! Ruwan is very customer friendly!

Three Gables is a very special, boutique property. The food , attention to detail on every aspect of our stay , including the decor was outstanding . Its a very narrow drive to get to the villa better to use a three wheeler or small car as you will need a very experienced van driver should you use a bigger vehicle like us, but don’t let this deter you neither the unassuming appearance of the villa when you first see it. I promise you that paradise awaits the moment you step thru the front doors. The villa is as beachfront as beachfront can get and has been lovingly restored. There are only four rooms so once all four rooms are taken, it’s gone. We loved everything about this place. From the moment we arrived the staff pointed out 5 large turtles swimming right in front of our villa feeding on the seaweed and bobbing about on the ocean. What a welcome they gave us - we almost didn’t notice the vibe, the tranquility and peacefulness here at first. This is a spectacular beach front property on waters edge that is professionally run by 10 discreet staff. This villa has somewhat disconected from the rest of the world with its own private beach and spotty wifi which is typical of Sri Lanka anyways. There is no TV nor internet in the rooms but who needs it when there is an inviting pool and friendly staff to cater to your every whim. Internet works well outside of the rooms and guests are invited to use the rest of the villa like they would if they owned the property. Western breakfast is lovingly prepared and if you prefer Sri Lankan breakfast please inform the staff a day in advance. As this villa only has 4 rooms lunch and dinner in house dining can be served should you need it. It just needs early communications and the staff will happily provide or take a short walk to the main road for some other meal options. A two night stay is the minimum I would recommend here.

Great breakfast and helpful hosts. One of the guys helped us reserve a whale-watching trip for a good price. Sunbeds are included in the price, which is cool. There's a good beach right near the property, suitable for swimming. The rooms are very basic and not new, but good-equipped. The table outside is great for reading and relaxing, especially if it's raining. The owner recommended a great place with Sri Lanka food. We also found a good souvenirs shop Sadaruwan

I had a wonderful stay at Wooden House Mirissa! The place is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained with a peaceful garden view. The hosts are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of Sri Lankan options to choose from. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and homely stay in Mirissa!

We stayed at Kingsman Villa for four nights, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kasun, is such a kind and humble host—always ready to help with anything. The villas are brand new and have everything you need: quiet air conditioning, excellent bathroom facilities, and even a private mini pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a beach day or workout. There are also smaller rooms available if you prefer. Kasun arranged a scooter for us and a tuk-tuk for our departure, making everything super easy. They also organize river tours, which is a great extra touch. Breakfast was included, and every day we got to choose from a menu. We already miss the banana pancakes and chocolate-banana roti—so delicious! Kasun even helped with surprising my boyfriend for his birthday during breakfast and even got him a gift—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate—just book your stay at Kingsman Villa!
