This was our favorite accommodations in all of Sri Lanka. We ended up staying 5 nights. The owner, Ruwan, is such a friendly guy and made all the effort to make us feel at home. During our first night the AC broke in our room and the next morning Ruwan allowed us to move to a different room without any problem. He also prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The room itself was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the area very jungle-like. We even saw monkeys from our window several times (also woken up by them running on the roof).

We stayed at Kingsman Villa for four nights, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kasun, is such a kind and humble host—always ready to help with anything. The villas are brand new and have everything you need: quiet air conditioning, excellent bathroom facilities, and even a private mini pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a beach day or workout. There are also smaller rooms available if you prefer. Kasun arranged a scooter for us and a tuk-tuk for our departure, making everything super easy. They also organize river tours, which is a great extra touch. Breakfast was included, and every day we got to choose from a menu. We already miss the banana pancakes and chocolate-banana roti—so delicious! Kasun even helped with surprising my boyfriend for his birthday during breakfast and even got him a gift—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate—just book your stay at Kingsman Villa!

We were impressed with the Villa and its location, which provided a perfect retreat situated within a short distance of the beach. The home was clean, well-equipped, and offered a very private, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. The terrace was fantastic for relaxation. We had an Asian breakfast, which was excellent. Everything. The staff, the rooms, the villa, the private beach, the food. Superb place to stay and superb place for a great family and friends time. wish we stayed her more. Amazing food they can offer. Very helpful to customize the food as we need. Breakfast is super super good. Traditional Sri Lankan food is very nice. Access to the beach is just mind blowing. can enjoy a private and a crowd free time on the beach. This property belong to a famous Sri Lankan Cricketer and must say, it stands all the hype.
