At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

Everything! Kuma and his family are wonderful and kind people. They made our stay here amazing. The room was comfortable (ac worked great) and the breakfast was amazing! Can definitely recommend the Sri Lankan breakfasts (he also offered western style if you prefer). The location is right next to the beach in a quieter area of town, the train noises didn’t bother us at all and were mostly covered by the ac! The villa itself is a gorgeous property and we felt very at peace here.

When you enter the accommodation from the outside, you enter a new world. The garden is beautiful, the accommodation lovingly designed. We were given a welcome drink and Raj cooked us a delicious dinner on request. I also received a free Ayurveda treatment for my injured foot, which helped a lot. Raj is a very caring and attentive host.

The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.

We had the most amazing stay here! The best so far in Sri Lanka. For the price you get the most heartwarming staff that will help with everything. The food is good, the rooms are nice and clean. The area is so pretty and right at the beach with nice waves and no people. Tony, one of the staffmembers was super sweet, very helpful, and made sure we had an amazing stay. Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable for our family. Beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine, peace and quiet. The staff of this establishment is impeccable, always smiling and kind. The chefs who really appealed to us were the ones who were willing to fulfill whatever we could think of, always interested in how we liked it. But the one who really became our hearts was our butler Manju.. not only did he take great care of us, but he was always available to us, no matter what we needed. He was not just a butler for us, but also a friend and always smiling friend of our children. Manju takes his job very seriously and tries to do his best for his guests. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the employees of this hotel, including the ladies at the reception, the gardeners and the boys who looked after us and cleaned the room, and last but not least the lifeguards. Thank you.
