The onwer is so polite and easy to contact. information given was simple yet very useful. very hard to find a house with such amount of money nowadays. usually it goes up more than RM200 for a homestay in lunas/kulim.. with 4 room with all air conditioned. very suitable if bringing up families or friends. Somehow, owner also provided easy and fast internet access. room for improvement -> to put curtain at front window to keep more privacy especially for muslim women. other than that, all are excellent! good job to the owner.. Thank you very much :)

The host was very helpful and very hardworking to make sure our stay was smooth and good. There are a lot additional items was given and prepared such as bottled water, first aid kit, towels (changed after 2 days). All rooms and the living room air conditioned. Furniture well maintained. WIFI fast and the TV working wonderfully. Spacious parking space and roofed. Washing machine, drying rack and lots of hanger provided. The place is very near to Kulim Hi Tech. Lots of shops nearby and lots of good eating places only short distance from the house.

Check-in was smooth, clear instructions given by host. The place is also super clean & spacious. Has all the necessary amenities - host provided towels, prayer mat, basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo & toothpaste; coffee & tea, mineral water, dish soap, iron & ironing board. Wifi was good. Location is nice, there is playground at the backyard which was great for the kids. Overall, we are very satisfied with the place.

The host was very helpful and very hardworking to make sure our stay was smooth and good. There are a lot additional items was given and prepared such as bottled water, first aid kit, towels (changed after 2 days). All rooms and the living room air conditioned. Furniture well maintained. WIFI fast and the TV working wonderfully. Spacious parking space and roofed. Washing machine, drying rack and lots of hanger provided. The place is very near to Kulim Hi Tech. Lots of shops nearby and lots of good eating places only short distance from the house.
