Everything was perfect! The room was very clean. The bed sheets smelled so nice. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. The girl that welcomed us in the room was so nice and kind. She explained everything that we needed to know with details. She also helped us skip the long highway to Efteling and we got there in like 10 minutes. The area is really quiet at night and you can sleep calm and cozy. We definitely recommend it 🫶🏻

Before we checked in, we had two administrative issues, and the person from the accommodation we spoke to, showed no understanding. Once we checked out, we had another administrative issue that upset us, so I contacted the property and explained the situation. An hour later, the owner called back, I explained everything again, and he showed a lot of understanding, fixed everything, and offered us compensation for the unpleasant situation. That was very kind and made us completely forget the negative administrative experience. The owner showed that he values the opinion of his guests. The accommodation is great, exactly as described. The administrative issue was because of Check in before 9 pm and deposit refund, but it went all good. We thank the owner for his great support and understanding.
