Wonderful stay in Safari tents at Shivapuri Heights. Staff & owners esp. Ramita could not have been nicer and very welcoming. Great place to relax abd look over the city, explore Budhanilkantha. Food was great every day! Would happily come back and recommend to friends.

Everything was super: big space, wooden floors and furniture, very cozy, room also was equipped with an AC and a kettle, so we could sleep good in a comfortable temperature and make our own tea. Beautiful garden, balcony, rooftop to dry clothes, and even during Diwali it was not too noisy. Hosts were great people, always ready to help. I'm very thankful, I had great time in Kathmandu this time.

I loved staying in the middle of Patan, high up overlooking the temple roofs and the valley. The hosts were very attentive and kind. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, with a touch of traditional style. They had great wifi and a battery for powercuts which allowed to work online comfortably.

We stayed in a lovely chalet that had everything we needed. Cozy, clean, with all the essentials (hot water, towels, tea, drinking water) — it was clear that everything was prepared for us with care. And of course, the view of the valley and mountains was breathtaking, with the city lights sparkling below at night. You can enjoy tea while sitting in comfortable chairs looking at the mountains, or go for a walk in the company of cheerful dogs. A special thank you for the wonderful food - delicious momos and kombucha, breakfast with homemade bread, jam and strong coffee - simply perfect. The place itself feels like a whole community. There is even a school here where children, including girls, are taught for free an amazing and very important mission. Kundun’s family are kind and genuine people, and you can feel it from the very first meeting. Wishing you prosperity and all the best, thank you for everything!

The cottages were so beautiful and perfectly cozy. very clean. the staff were most helpful and kind. they helped us get taxis into the city center and made recommendations for what we should do. the breakfast is amaaazing. we looked forward to it every morning. WiFi was strong. I would recommend anyone visiting Kathmandu to stay here!
