We were a bit late with our trip to the place, but the owner was waiting us with a fair in the garden. He welcomed us with traditional oman coffee and dates. Highly recommend his place. Very styled furnished rooms. In the kitchen you have the necessary stuff. There is enough place to park two or three cars in the yard and more in front.

The location of the hotel was truly exceptional. It was set in a peaceful and serene environment, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere. Despite our late arrival at midnight, he was quick to respond to our messages and calls, ensuring we had no trouble finding our way. What truly stood out was his dedication—he personally came to the hotel to hand over the keys, making us feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. The property itself had excellent amenities, with the swimming pool being a highlight of our stay. Its location was also very convenient, as it was close to the city, with restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible—just a 2-minute drive away.

Very beautifull, spaceous and private place to stay, high in the mountains with awesome views. Friendly and kind host who you can call whenever you want even when you get lost by finding the place, he will assist you by phone very well to make sure you get there. My opinion, the safest way to get there is by 4x4. Not far from the balcony walk.

A very lovely stay, even though it was only for one night. We booked a lovely dinner on the night we arrived - highly recommend it. The house is big and had all the amenities one could think of. The host (2 brothers) were also a perfect guide, for our tour the next morning

Very interesting place at the end of the bumpy road just at the beginning of the balcony walk. 2 simple rooms with the stunning view! It’s really amazing for the sunrise and sunset. You can order a breakfast and dinner in the owner’s house.
