If I could give 11 out of 10 - I would. This family-run business have brought the Terceiran hospitality to perfection. Everything is immaculate inside and outside the property. We travelled Azoren for 3 weeks before we stayed there, and their beds were the most comfortable by far. Beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfasts and extremely relaxed atmosphere of wel-run family country house where a guest is always welcome. Views over the hills are just sublime.

Visiting Terceira from Barcelona. Great rural place. 3 separate little houses. The people are super kind, I highly reccomend you try a meal there, it is really worth the money. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. They treat you in excellent manners and will provide you anything you need. Such lovely owners.

I spent 20 days in the Azores. but the best came at the end. I was allowed to spend 3 nights at Quinta do Espirito Santa with Lucilia and Francisco Maduro slides. I was allowed to spend my stay in a beautiful outbuilding of the Quinta. The house and the rooms in it are lovingly furnished. You are transported to another distant time. But the two hosts are definitely the highlight. I have never experienced such warm hosts. A hearty breakfast with many local specialties was served in the main building. The two gentlemen had a lot to tell and gave me an old insight into life on the Azorn and Terceira. We especially liked the conversations with Francisco. I was able to take away and learn a lot from his knowledge as a history professor. I highly recommend Quinta do Espirito Santo as a place to stay. The hosts receive 1000 points from me. I spent 3 days in this house with my friends and I highly recommend it. The house is big and when we’ve arrived it smelled really nice. The owner was very kind, she has helped us booking restaurants and tours and she has suggested us a lot of places to visit in Terceira. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing a host truly care for her guests

We made a spontaneous booking (30 min before arriving) but the host and his family were nevertheless so friendly and helpfull and gave everything to make us feel more then welcome! The hosts are of exceptional hospitality!!! We felt like we were at our parents' home. The house is well equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and drying machine) as well as very well decorated. The hosts have a garden with plenty of different plants as well as chickens. We were lucky to live there at the moment when new chicks were born - so our daughters have spent quite some time with them. The house is situated on the main street of Porto Judeu with few restaurants and a little shop nearby (a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away by car). Any point of Terceira is accessible in max 35 minutes by car. Thank you very much, Joao and Manuela!!

Where to start? The house is just perfect. It is cosy, charming, beautiful and very quiet. It is full equipped even a wonderful bbq on the patio. We loved every single detail, decoration and they welcomed us with a fantastic bottle of wine and queijadas dona amelia (best dessert ever that you must eat every day you stay in Terceira).

Cozy cottage-like apartments in a lovely agrotourism farm. Very friendly and helpful hosts that although do not speak english are always there with their phones to translate and communicate with you. Great value for money.

This family-run business is enchanting under every point of view. The house is set in the quiet countryside of Terceira, the hosts are caring and kind and they will do their best to provide you with everything you need, their home made food is fresh and tasty (super recommended!) and the rooms are cozy and very clean. They have three goats in the courtyard and a friendly and cuddly she-dog.
