Quiet area .Good and safe parking .Handy for lamphun and surrounding area.. Room had a microwave and dishes ete so that came in handy.. Good for travellers coming to visit friends in Chaing Mai as well, Need a car or motorbike to get about. Chaing Mai is a lovely drive using google maps and the back roads.

We had such a welcoming stay at this property. The owner is really sweet and helpful, he got us from the bus stop when we arrived and then drove us to the station on our way to Chiang Mai. He was also really helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. They also have bicycles which were really convenient as the property is a little bit outside of town. I would highly recommend this place if you want to get a sense of local Thai life :)

Looks like a small paradise: garden is beautiful and house is cosy and very well equiped. Owner is really warmful and reachable. House is 5 minutes away by car from the historical city and some restaurants are located around (short walk). My wife, my 2 sons and I really loved our stay.

Excellent location, very well-placed for enjoying Lamphun's Loy Krathong celebration. The owner was quite easy to contact, friendly & polite. Our children enjoyed the space of the house and some toys/games which had been left downstairs.

Superb place. Quiet area. Easily accessible by Grab. Hannah Hahn cafe closeby is a delight too. Many reviews talk about flight noise which is true but we loved it. My 5 year old would hear the flight noise, look out the window and knows in one week which logo corresponds to which airline.

The place was brand new and very clean. Everything was there and nothing to complain. The pool is large and the depth is also perfect. I loved how the pool is wide compared to other pool villas I went. I would love to come back and stay longer! Max is very attentive to all needs too.
