The apartment is located in a two-story stone house, the owners live on the first floor. They were very hospitable and kind and accepted us with our pet. Most of the family members speak English, with the rest we talked with google tanslator. The apartment had a stone bed, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful fireplace and a large spa bath, which in the summer would be a good solution, but in December we didn't have the courage to use it. The furniture combined oriental with modern style. Everything was selected with taste and created coziness. The room had a terrace overlooking the garden. The heating was with local heating and air conditioning. In the yard there was a barbecue area, a large, green lawn and several parking spaces. We received an invitation from the owners to spend New Year's Eve with them, but we didn't want to bother them, especially with our dog, which the owner's wife was afraid of. We had a great time in the stone house and among the beautiful rocks of Cappadocia. To get to the house you need a car.

Very nice house. It's small, but has everything you need. It's clean, comfortable, cozy, and nicely furnished. Very quiet, and the air is fresh. P.S. Google gps navigator doesn't show the best route to the house, but we figured it out and found a shorter and more convenient one.

The house has 2 large bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, a balcony and a cozy interior courtyard. It's very spacious, well equipped and it's ideal for a family. The location is great if you have a car. You can walk to the Ortahisar castle and it`s a 10 - 20 min drive from all other points of interest hin Cappadocia. In general, we loved our stay and were very well received by Tuncer, who is always ready to help.

Superb kind host. Explained everything about the house and the history. Very big size and functional spa tub. Beautiful curated garden with an outdoor and a rooftop dining areas. Fully functional kitchen for our meals. 10 min walk to vibrant shopping and dining street.
