I want to especially thank the owner, Mr. Thabit, for his kindness and warm personality in welcoming us and ensuring all our needs were met. The luxurious rooms were amazing, and the sauna was a highlight for my family—it truly made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you to Chef Ochu for the delicious meals and the entire team at the restaurant. The wooden finishing in the restaurant added such a warm and unique atmosphere, making every meal even more special. The experience with the horses was another memorable part of our trip—riding on the beach was just awesome. Besides the place being spotless, the horses were well-maintained, and the trainers were charming and polite as well. Thank you, Royal Apartments team, for such a memorable stay! Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Fiona. Right on the beach. Nice Pool. Excellent host and the covered area on stilts over the beach was the perfect place to spend a few relaxing hours.

It's a quiet place. The house is located in a guarded area. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away. The pool was very nice. Wifi was slightly better than other places I have visited in Zanzibar. Every day you get a huge breakfast made for you in the villa. There is AC in every room so you can set the temperature to what you like. It felt really luxurious and we didn't feel anything was missing during our stay. Outside the area you need transport to get to stores, activities, so make sure you have contact information to drivers. There is plenty of ATMs within 5 minute drive and I had no issues withdrawing Tanzanian shillings from them.

The property is located in Bwejuu only a couple of minutes from a quiet beach area. You can see some beautiful sunrises 🌅 from there. The accommodation is simple but the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s a good value for money. The bungalow is surrounded by a beautiful lush garden and you have your privacy. Ijob who runs the property was very responsive and always available to help. He arranged a taxi from the airport for me. Thank you!

Firstly the location, villa Julito is situated in the outskirts of Kiwenga, its perfect as its not far from town but also allows you to rest and relax after a long day, the vIlla is very well equipped, self cooking is a plus here as just like we did, even in the best hotels its nice to be able to cook for yourself a meal. The jacuzzi is very nice too, allows you to cool down after a hot day in the beach! Adriana and Carlos are superb Hosts, they will answer all your questions and will not hesitate to show you the local area recommending many of the restaurants. They both have a lot of connections to surrounding businesses and will for sure guide you in the most suitable way. Cannot recommend more this place!

Gorgeous location, hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They even went to the nearest town to get milk and water for us (due to location shops are a car ride away). Onsite restaurant is wonderful, lovely warm staff who were fab with my little girl. Amazing pools and the villa is exceptional.

This holiday home is an absolut recommendation for visitors to Zanzibar, whether looking for peace or as a starting point for active exploration of the island. The house is located directly on the wonderful Michamvi beach within sight of the Rock Restaurant and just a few kilometers from Jozani National Park. It offers several bedrooms and wonderfully designed lounges with all the necessary equipment. The garden with the pool belonging to the house is beautifully landscaped and also offers numerous opportunities for relaxation - always with an overwhelming sea view. But the best thing was the friendly staff, who gave us a warm welcome and were always there to help and advise us. The included breakfast was rich and tasty and the additional dinner was also great. We would like to thank our friendly hosts for the excellent care.
