We were upgraded on the day we arrived, so our review is for the upgraded property. This property was a surprise and delight, rooms were decorated with a very high level of finish, the accommodation was spacious and comfortable and the location was great we could walk into downtown. Local People cautioned us that the area could be dangerous, but whilst we were wary, we never experienced any real problems. Parking for our car was secure and safe

We all loved the property, the amenities, and the pool facilities. Upon arrival, we had a little confusion on the property address as the booking form had one house number, and we hadn't realised the confirmation reminder had a different house number. We called the customer services dept, and the responder very swiftly handled our inquiry and we were able to locate and access the property without any further delay. The assistance was very professional.

House was comfortable, clean. Coffee machine in kitchen. Nice bedrooms, comfy beds. We arrived in dreadful weather, one room leaked rain. Owner responded immediately, came over, fixed it all up. Great service. Street car and a number of buses within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Easy to find and use. Can buy a day pass at Walgreens, a senior pass was 80 cents a day !!. Wow Lyft and Uber also found us easily. We had a great time

The location on Frenchmen Street was awesome. Close enough to walk to the French Markets and to catch the street car. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a must with two couples travelling together. We got some tips from the locals about where to eat and so glad we did as we wouldn’t have known some of the places were even there.

That rental house was a real good surprise ! Easy to access to, easy check in with codes, easy to find car spaces in the street : if not just in front of the door you can park in many streets close by. Super clean, comfy, well equipped. Close to Tramway. We were able to use the common table at the rear of the house. washing machine, etc...

Allen (the host) lives right next door with his family. He’s very hospitable and and tends quickly to your needs. We didn’t know how to operate the shower head. We called Allen around 7 am on a Saturday morning and he immediately helped us out.
