We stayed here for two weeks in July ’25 and it was the perfect base for our family of three. Easy to find from the airport (which is close but never disturbed us), the whole place was clean, well lit, tastefully decorated and benefitted from good air conditioning throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, the dining and living areas were large enough to provide room to relax when we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. From this location it was easy for us to explore Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Key West, the Everglades and Fort Myers. I am also a regular runner and even managed to fit in a run around the local streets every other morning quite safely. Thank you, Janine, for providing such a lovely place for us to stay!

We stayed at Cozy Casarita Cottage for just one night, and it was a truly lovely experience. The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home—our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, even greeting us late at night without any hesitation. The cottage is equipped with every comfort you could need: a spotless bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy and comfortable bed, and smart use of space throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, drinks, basic medicines, and even a spare toothbrush—all freely available. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. We couldn’t have asked for more. A solid 10/10! Highly recommended.

The host was really attentive and contacted us with clear instructions. We arrived late and our phones had died and the host helped show us in and gave us recommendations for our first time in Miami. It's great having a private entrance, a place to park, close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. We felt at home and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Miami.

This loft was the best place we have stayed while on holiday. We stayed there for 2 weeks, and from the first day we were there, Paola went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was the best. For starters, it was even more beautiful inside than the pictures showed, so homely, and with a lovely little snack basket upon arrival. My partner and I felt so comfortable and loved having plenty of space to cook too! On top of the loft being beautiful, Paola was also an excellent host, always available for help, any queries, and even recommendations. She really made it feel like a home away from home. Usually I have criticisms after staying in new places, but this place couldn't have been better. There was a train line across the street from it too, so we were always able to travel around where we needed. Honestly amazing, definitely a trip to remember, and made better with our little Miami home!

Loved everything! Very comfortable place with thoughtful extras! Washing machine was handy too. Lovely and quiet home with quality finishes and we could easily get to wherever we wanted to go. Close to airport but only about 15-20km from downtime Miami. Would definitely recommend and would book again if coming this way! A really great place!
