Amazing views, very comfortable and most of all INCREDIBLE host - Hu was super friendly and accommodating- he helped us organise our stay here and took us out and around on bikes for a personal tour. He is also an amazing photographer and really fun and funny guy. Cannot recommend this place enough

This accommodation is located to local village in Sapa. So Whenever I wake up in the morning, I saw the scenery of mountains, rice paddies etc. Looking at the scenery of countryside, I felt fresh and lively that I didn’t feel in the routine life. I was happy to be able to experience the idyllic atmosphere. In spite of countryside accommodation, facilities are convenient and rooms are clean. Every foods are pretty delicious. Especially, Warm-hearted owner was inspired me a lot. I can never forget to spend the days of this place. This accommodation isn’t a fancy hotel, but It’s the best place that I have stayed so far. After going back to my country, I’d like to recommend this accommodation to many friends.

It was one of the best place we stayed during our trip. The place located very close to the city, it is walkable or easy and cheap if you take a taxi. The place was a paradise, with an amazing view, super clean and comfortable! Tasty breakfast and dinners available by request. I definitely suggest to stay there for the experience instead of hotels! Also very close to the cat cat village.

The room had a fantastic view! I was sad we stayed there for 1 night only. It's spacious with a separate mini kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was a bit cold (February), but not an issue. We didn't use the kitchen. The AC worked perfectly well and heated the room at night. The mattress was very firm, probably too much :). But we slept very well The main thing I appreciated was the fresh clean bedlinen (white cotton, not a synthetic one as everywhere in Hanoi), and clean white towels, which looked new. And overall the room was clean as for Vietnam. Mr. Huy was very pleasant. He practically doesn't speak English but he tried to provide the best service. We used Google Translate at times and it was efficient. He also cooked noodles with eggs for breakfast (it's included, served at 7-9 am) The location is a bit far from Sa Pa but that's actually what we liked. It's in a quiet village surrounded by rice terraces. If you rent a bike, you'll enjoy fantastic scenery on your way to this apartment. I'd definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was very suitable for our group. The surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful, and it would be even more stunning during the rice harvest season. We traveled with a young child, and our family was very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and cozy, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into every small detail. The room was equipped with an electric blanket and an electric heater, making it very warm and comfortable. The bed had thick, soft bedding, so we slept very well at night. Lunch and dinner should be ordered in advance, as the food was extremely delicious and fresh. The vegetables were grown right in the garden of the cottage, so they were very fresh, tasty, and reassuring to eat. Mr. San and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We accidentally left some personal belongings in the room, and Mr. San and another staff member kindly helped send them down to the town for us, which we truly appreciated. This place is perfect for those who enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful natural surroundings, away from the crowds and noise. There are many cats around the property, as well as an adorable black dog who is very gentle. The coffee here is also very good. The cottage has a café on the ground floor with lots of greenery and a small waterfall, making it a lovely spot to relax and take photos. Overall, our group was very satisfied with our stay. If we have the chance to return to Sa Pa, our family will definitely choose to stay at Tả Phìn Cottage again.

First of all the family is amazing. Happy to leave you be or spend time and talk if you want to know anything. Very new and unique place. Photos are geniune. Kept clean and treated like their own home. 3 minutes from the bus station walking. Everything in sapa is within 20minites walk and its at the quieter less touristy end of town. They also rent a bike.
