Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The Breakfast was excellent. It was home cooked, tasty and definitely value for the money spent. Not to mention, Jar and Lis bought it over to us nice and hot and good. I could not ask for better hosts!

At the villa complex, units have bed linen and towels. Huge room, great value, amazingly comfortable bed, giant bathroom and shower, full kitchen, and overall wonderful value. We even booked our ATM cave tour through the hotel and it was very easy - the guide w/King David Tours was incredible - highly recommend! This hotel will take great care of you for your stay in Belize City. They can call Jose for a taxi to take you to dinner or the ferry or anywhere you want to go. Even the evening security guard was very friendly and helpful. 24 hr security with gates in a quiet residential neighborhood close to restaurants and ferry.

The location is perfect. Close to stores, gas station, and the downtown area. The staff is AMAZING! They made my trip special and I can't thank them enough. I strongly recommend this property and the management company.

The house is in great location for walking to good restaurants on the river. The house had everything we needed and the deck and pool are great for hanging out.

Beautiful well kept cottage with all the required amenities. The washer/dryer came in handy as we were 2 weeks into a 4 week trip. The recently added plunge pool was a great way to cool off. Nearby coffee shop. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around. Staff was very responsive and supportive. A quiet oasis in paradise.

The property is absolutely perfect , only second to the Host Lisa , who is also perfect. The house is massive. Two huge comfortable rooms with excellent mattresses and AC to take the heat off. The kitchen and dining room are exactly as I would have in my own place . Everything you would need is there. There is even a general store maybe 10 mins up the road where you can get everything you need. Even the towels provided are super soft. Whole house is spotless
