Family owned, in lush green rainforest like setting, four individual cabins, alas only really cold outdoor shower, wifi not in all cabins, luckily I had the cabin to myself, first night the only guest

Waking up to the sounds of the forest The room was spacious enough, and the wi-fi in our particular cottage worked surprisingly well. The breakfast was excellent. There is a restaurant for a no-frills dinner within walking distance. Make sure you bring a flashlight! The outside bathroom was not a problem. The Maya village of San Marcos can easily be walked to.

If you have to stop by in Punta Gorda, stay here. You get a cozy & clean apartment to call your home. And the most outstanding fact about this place is the owner, Sherlett. This lady is amazing!!! She welcomes you with warmth and has an answer for any question you may have. One of the most helpful persons I ever met! Will thank her forever 😉😉😉
