It really helped us a lot. The breakfast was really varied and plentiful. There are 2 very sweet dogs and a cat. Spacious garden to relax. In the morning several squirrels could be spotted.

The downstairs apartment is clean and feels fresh, the beds were super comfortable (in fact I peeked at the brand so I would know for future mattress purchases) and the whole place is adorably decorated. They are still working on getting the kitchen set up, so if you are coming in the near future, bring meals and foods you can warm up in the microwave, bagels for the toaster, and don’t forget the ice cream which you can have while enjoying the gorgeous view outside your door. Catherine and Jeff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. All around, a wonderful home base for those planning on exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.
