Paparei’s Beachfront Bungalow is in a fantastic central, beachfront location. The bungalow was clean, tidy, and well equipped, with thoughtful extras like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and plenty of milk. The UV-treated tap water was safe to drink, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, including freshly baked breads, croissants, cheese bread with tomato, and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing stay here and instantly felt like home from the arrival onwards. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. They even provide a washing machine and free WiFi. House was new, clean and comfortable. Place was easy to find although best to have a rental car for convenience of traveling. Fridge was spacious and large.

The house was immaculately clean and presented beautifully. We loved the deck and being able to sit outside for breakfast.

Rangiriri #2 is a well-designed and constructed, self-catering bungalow among three on the main street that runs on the west side of the island. Kura's grandfather, who owns a construction company, built them.They each have soft double beds, kitchen and table, bathroom with excellent shower, laundry in the back and a front veranda with lounging chairs and a spacious table for eating outside if you want. Kura, responds rapidly to any question via WhatsApp and is a marvelous hostess. It is bit more than midway down from the airport to the main centre. Markets are within 15 to 20 minutes walking time in both directions north and south, each has self-catering needs and something a little extra that makes them each different. One can walk on the beach all the way to the airport; snorkelling is very good on the beaches up to the end of the old runway. Rangiriri is located well on the west side and is close to roads and walking trails. One can walk all around the island if one wants. The walk to the lookout and top of the mtn is essential for views! Also take a lagoon cruise where snorkelling is amazing; Aitutaki is absolutely beautiful! Rangiriri comes highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at the bungalow on the stunning island of Aitutaki. Vaea was very helpful and met us at the airport. The room has all you need but not snorkeling gear. Bed was very comfy and although the beach is not that great here for swimming being quite shallow, it is a short drive to some beautiful beaches and the Lagoon.

The best accommodation I've ever stayed at in Aitutaki and I've been to Aitutaki a couple times. Convenient central location, short drive to most eateries, a rental car company is just across the road, your hosts live right behind you so are within close distance if you need help with anything. The place is always immaculately clean and QUIET. Just pure bliss and serenity if you choose to stay here.

Great, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Aitutaki. We literally had the beach for ourselves. The bungalow has everything you could ask for. We felled great from the first minute after our arrival. There are a few nice restaurants around where one can enjoy a good breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of the lagoon. The property provides bicycles, which can be used to explore the island. A very big 'Thank You' to Mere for being such a fantastic, friendly and welcoming host. We were rather sad to leave ... I guess that is a good sign. I hope we will be back sometime soon.

Staying at Tai Marino Beach Bungalows was an absolutely incredible experience and the highlight of our entire trip to the Cook Islands. From the moment we booked, communication with our hosts Vaea and Marokii was smooth, warm, and helpful. Vaea insisted on greeting us at the airport, even though we had rented a car, just to personally welcome us, show us around the village, and share all the local tips we needed to start feeling at home. Their hospitality throughout our stay was simply exceptional. Always available and genuinely kind, they provided great recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and how to experience Aitutaki like a local. The bungalow itself was perfect, spotlessly clean, newly built, and equipped with everything you might need, including ultra-fast Starlink internet. The location is unbeatable: right on a pristine, quiet beach on the sunset side of the island. Two private loungers and a canoe were waiting for us outside, and we spent every evening walking for hours along the untouched shoreline as the sun set over the ocean. It truly felt like paradise. We also took a private lagoon tour with Marokii on his boat, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world, despite the weather not being the best. The scenery, snorkeling, and the visit to Honeymoon Island and One Foot Island were breathtaking. It felt like we were in a dream. We can’t recommend Tai Marino Beach Bungalows enough and we will certainly be back. Vaea and Marokii, thank you so much for everything—you made our trip magical.#taimarinobeachbubgalows
