Each of the three rooms has a private bathroom and an A/C. Kitchen offers everything you need and there were also some welcome food supplies waiting for us.

This was such a special place, clearly built/restored with lots of love and care. Beautiful, compact space in the heart of Kathikas -- itself a gem of a town. Appreciated the firewood for a fire for my winter stay to help fight off the chill. Would stay again!

The villa was spotless, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond—nothing was ever too much trouble. They even baked and brought us delicious treats throughout our stay. The pool and grounds were impeccably maintained, and we all thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit!

Paradise Cove Luxury Beach Villas feature modern architectural design and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open up onto private sun terraces. Each villa has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Facility is in a very good condition, very well maintained and has got everything you need. We were pleased with the purchased groceries being left in the fridge, very considerate and nice. The facility is clean and was being cleaned often, including the swimming pool. The location is perfect, with a sea view and also close to shops, mall and entertainments. Our host was very responsible, caring and responsive. Very much recommended

Marina, the host, was an absolute treasure. House was clean and well kept. Views are amazing (see photos) She took great care of all aspects of the stay. Can't thank her enough.
