The host went above and beyond to greet us when we checked in and gave us a full tour of the place! He was very accomodating and ensured we would have everything we would need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and there was even a washing machine! All the beds were nice and clean for us and we were provided with more than enough towels for our stay. The location was decent, only about a 15 min walk to the center and about 20 minutes from the beach. There is also a Mercadona nearby which is very convenient.

We were in need of a child feeding chair and they were so kind to bring us one.

Extremely cozy appartment - spacious and on a nice, quiet street. Location is perfect for vacation: Close to several tram lines going directly into Alicante city center, but also a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and a small shop - and on to the local beach! From there, another tram line goes into city center as well. The house is clean and cozy, excellent kitchen facilities, two bathrooms and a porch as well as 1st floor veranda area (great when the weather is warm). Communication with owner was easy and efficient. Everything worked perfectly and we were very happy with our stay!
