We highly recommend Harbour View as an exceptional, spacious property providing perfect accommodation for a group or family or those who love to relax in warm, attractive, comfortable spaces within the house! We loved the large sitting room on the ground floor and the second sitting room on the first floor each with huge windows overlooking the harbour, wooden floors with rugs, high ceilings and boasting comfy sofas, original fireplaces, lamps, lighting and TVs. There are three large bedrooms each with immaculate bedding and lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The huge windows in the master bedroom overlook the harbour and firth-of-clyde and back bedrooms overlook lush gardens. The master enjoys a tech savvy ensuite with huge bath and separate shower cubicle. Lovely white towels are also provided. The large family shower room is situated between the two back bedrooms at the top of the centre piece spiral staircase. We loved the huge kitchen and the fact that it contained everything and more that could possibly be needed to cook, eat, clean or enjoy a coffee at the large dining table overlooking the leafy two-tier back garden. We loved the quirky spice drawer! We do love to sit out on a nice evening and the garden furniture with attractive overhead lighting provided the place for us to do this on Hogmanay! There is a fire pit and barbecue in this space. Keys can be picked up from a lock box and the owners are easily contactable and very obliging. Thank you Marzena & David!

The property was beautiful, very well furnished and in easy walking distance of transport options as well as all the main attractions in the town. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and little touches had been thought of. This even included birthday balloons for a member of our group's birthday.

We had hired the house which included the kitchen dining living room and 6 bedrooms we had an amazing time. The hot tub faces out to the firth of Clyde and the views are excellent kids loved it. Short distance from town and ferry terminal. The house furnishings are amazing. The Christmas decorations made it more homely for new year. The lounge is so relaxing. The kitchen has all equipment for large families, we cooked our own meals and no hassles at all. Bedrooms are out of this world with amazing decor large beds some with pull out sofa beds, all ensuite. Bathrooms are perfect. Very cosy house. Felt right at home. Will deffo go back was an amazing break. Family loved it.

So many good books and a piano. The coach house was very spacious, and island life was great too. Only a population of 7,500. I liked the small museum in Rothesay and my wife liked the factory shop at Bute fabrics. As the previous couple left, the husband whispered to me, 'You're entering the danger zone. Hide your credit card.' He was right.

Comfy armchairs at the window to relax and take in the view. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The standout feature for us was the hot tub on the outdoor deck overlooking the sea it was fabulous! Good communication from host would definitely recommend and return. Dog friendly.
