It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

The host that we had contact with is a kind welcoming woman.

There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.

Everything was great — I even got to try some local wine 🍷. You won’t find any city noise here, just roosters in the morning. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable place, this is the one.
