Very nice apartment with a lovely balcony and view to the mountains. It is a little walk from the harbour, about 12 min, but then you stay in a quiet area away from busy streets around the harbour. We found fresh fruits and wine prepared ehen we arrived, that was great after a boat trip. The owner is super friendly and came to meet us close to harbour and helped with suitcase.

Everything about my experience staying at Aori Guesthouse was amazing. Panagiotis was truly the best host. Always very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The place is just as shown in the photos, with a beautiful terrace and all the amenities that one could need. It was very useful to have a washing machine available to use. My friends and I had a very comfortable stay here and if I ever come back to Hydra, I would definitely stay here again. I would advise future guests to ask for two keys right away, as the electricity is operated by a key card, and if you want to put the laundry on while going out to explore, you can only do so if you have a second key.

The bed was extremely comfortable and had high end sheets and comforter. The shower was nice and the towels were also high end. Oros Eros 2 modern kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. There was even a washing machine, which makes it convenient while traveling. The hosts, George and Helen, were amazing and charming, picking us up at the port and also delivering our bags to the port when we were leaving. They left bottled water, a bottle of wine and bread, cake and jams in the unit for us. They offered very helpful tips and information on the island. If you go to the beautiful island of Hydra, this property is the perfect place to stay.
