The property was SO perfect! Location was ideally located within a short walk to restaurants, etc. It also overlooks the water, with a stunning view and lounge areas for hanging out or laying out. It was also very clean and felt new. The host was also very sweet, communicative, and responsive.

Right on the beach and close to restaurants, a mini market, and other beaches. The facilities are excellent. Lina and the staff were very pleasant, available, and answered all our requests.

They made us feel so welcomed and they both made a lasting impression on my family. Great outdoor space to relax and enjoy time with the family.

I would not say this lightly, this was possibly the best holiday experience we have ever had. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and the people are equally as beautiful. The villa was immaculate and garden and pool maintenance was done daily. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were really genuine kind people. My 4 year old loved watching the planes take off from the villa, we had a car and explored the island. Would 💯 recommend. We will be back next year 💜

This villa was very spacious, super clean and beautiful with a lush garden surrounding. It was perfect for accessing many parts of the island and I liked that you could drive 5 mins and park at the bridge then walk to Argostoli (parking is difficult in Argostoli). There was AC in each room and the place has been thoughtfully decorated. The beds were very clean and comfortable which gave us a great night's rest. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and quick to respond.

Amazing breathtaking 180 degree panoramic sea view, much nicer than on the photos. Comfortable villa, exceptionally clean and lovely hosts. Sea views from nearly all rooms. Amazing wrap around balcony upstairs and lovely infinity pool, lights up at night. Good supplies upon arrival provided, water, fruit, wine, coffee etc... The villa exceeded our expectations, we loved it and we would love to go back, amazing memories.

The location is also perfect — close to everything you might need for a comfortable stay of a week or longer. ‏Without a doubt, this is a wonderful place we would love to return to.

Rose garden home, um alojamento com comodidades para churrascos, situa-se em Metaxáta, a 19 minutos a pé de Praia Lygia, 2,3 km de Casas Históricas e 2,9 km de Museu Eclesiástico Bizantino. Our vacation in Kefalonia was awesome also thanks to Viva and her husband. Their apartment was in excellent condition, everything new and fresh. One of the best accommodation we have ever been!
