Our host was super helpful and the spacious air conditioned villa with fantastic pool was perfect in every way. I would highly recommend staying here. Location was great, short drive into town and well located to travel to nearby beaches. Having 4 bathrooms with generous bedroom sizes and large shared areas gave everyone enough space.

Had a lovely stay at Zorbas Family Villas, newly opened in June 2025, there are three Villas off the main Zorbas Family House rooms, they are a short walk away. All details thought throughout, exceptional welcome from Nikos, Dimitri, Angelous and Georgia and the rest of the Family. So nice to stay somewhere so personable but left to our own devices. The Villa itself was perfect, every little detail thought out to make our stay so relaxing and enjoyable for a family of four. Highly recommended we will be booking same again for next year. Well fitted Villa with high tech details throughout, usb c connectivity next to beds with fly screens on every window. Luxurious beds, very comfy, with dreamy memory foam pillows, bath robes the lot !! Great location, short walk to restaurants, bus stop 16 and beaches, handy supermarket nearby and take aways Food from Zorbas Family House short walk away is exceptional, very high standards and tasty food prepared by Brother Dimitri, lovely food and lovely friendly service from Georgia Pool and Villa cleaning are immaculate, Angelous was very attentive, checked pool water PH levels regularly and kept pool clean while we where out of the villa, always checked when would be convenient for us to maintain, mopped around the pool area keeping it white and bright and lovely

The property features mountain and pool views, and is 7.4 km from Skiathos' Port. The villa has private entrance. The villa is absolutely spectacular. This is a rare occasion when the reality beats the pictures. The modern architecture, interior decorations and overall comfort are amazing. The Villa provides amazing sea-views and is located very conveniently, somewhere in the middle, close to beaches like Koukounaries or Banana, yet also close to the city center. Plenty or restaurants to choose from nearby. The infinite swimming pool was really clean.

Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. Fabulous views and location . We could walk everywhere and did not need to hire transport . Bus stop to other beaches was close by.

Housed in a building dating from 1955, this holiday home is 200 metres from Papadiamantis' House and 2.7 km from Skiathos Castle. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Skiathos Plakes Beach is 600 metres away. It had everything, roof top terrace with a nice view , toilet on both floors , kitchen , tv on both floors and living area . Could easily accommodate two couples . Spotless , and person close by in case if need . Also very close to port and shops .

Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. To say briefly: perfect. It was a one bedroom house with a living room+open kitchen. The sofa could be converted to a bed. Every furniture and equipment was so new and modern. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. In the bathroom we had the toothpaste and brushes, wet towels, cotton and hair dryer, hair straightener. The open kitchen was equipped with coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, kettle and all new kitchenware enough to cook anything you like and watch with 4 people. The balcony had a table and also the garden had two comfortable sunbeds. The view was perfect. Everything was so clean in and around the apartment. It was located 7-8 minutes walking distance from the harbour but luckily the surrounding was very quiet and peaceful. The warm welcome, treats in the room (honey, jam, crackers, waters, variety of fruits, coffee capsules for machine), smiling face of Costas made our tree days in Skiathos as pleasant as it can be.

From communication through to meeting us at the airport. Accommodation was clean and modern and had everything we wanted and more. Close to town, just a steep walk back to the apartment - we didn't hire a car.

Our friendly host and his dog (Bubu, which is sweet and relaxed) welcomed us personally to Villa Philosophia. A comfortable villa with a beautiful view of the bay of Skiathos and the airport (no worries, the last plan leaves at 22:50, so you will have a quiet night, besides the windows are pretty soundproof). The villa was stacked with everything you need for the first days. Water, fresh fruit, coffee and also a lot of kitchen utensils and devices (coffee machine, water boiler, air fryer, food processor etc.). The bedroom had a very comfy queen size bed and all windows and sliding doors had good mosquito screens. Outside there was terras with chairs and a table where we enjoyed our homemade breakfast, lunch and occasional dinners. In the garden overlooking the olive trees, there were two sunbeds. On the side of the villa we found a dining room table. So we could always find a spot outside of the bright sunlight to chill or eat. Our stay at Villa Philosophia was excellent and we definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. It is so beautiful and clean and the facilities are perfect. Very clean, well stocked and the swimming pool was our favourite part with stunning views across the islands as you swim.
