Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.

We loved the tranquility and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. The location of the villa is amazing just above the Villa Andrássy. A few minutes walk from Volosko and a little more from Opatija, 10 kms on a quiet minor road from Rijeka. The view of the Kvarner bay is magic from the room and from the dinning room too. The parking place is useful as in all streets you should pay for parking. The stuff were polite, kind and helpful. Breakfasts were always fresh although celebration days.

We had a wonderful stay! The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

The house is designed with plenty of amenities and activities. Both the kids and adults were delighted with the entertainment and sports options (billiards, bocce, table tennis....). Everything isbrand new and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The hosts were lovely, with great communication throughout our stay.

The place itself is very well located with a beautiful view of the sea that you can't get tired of. The small terrace is very cosy and the weather under the shade is very pleasant all day long. The beach is very close, unfortunately small but it can be managed if you want to swim. The parking can be difficult but the host was very prepared with a reserved parking space where we could park. I can recommend it to everyone even with small children because they are also prepared for them. All rooms had air conditioning and private bathroom which was a very big plus. Overall we had a very good time here and will definitely come back in the future.
