Everything. We loved this place from the moment we arrived. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was exceptional. The rooms are so beautifully set up. The food and cocktails are just amazing. The sitting area on the beach is awesome. We loved being away from the busy part it was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you so much for everything provided.

The accommodation was newly built, very fresh, and exceptionally well-maintained. Every space, from the bedroom to the bathroom, was spacious, airy, and tastefully decorated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom — almost luxurious in size — was beautifully designed. The pool was the perfect size and sparkling clean every day. The location was also absolutely perfect — very peaceful and quiet, offering a true sense of relaxation and privacy. At the same time, it was just a short walk to the beach, cozy restaurants, and everything else you might need. The best of both worlds! What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we had the best possible experience. No matter what we needed, they were there with a smile. They were also very respectful of our privacy and never entered the villa without our permission. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide selection of fresh options, served exactly when we requested. The bikes included with the villa were also a great touch; they were brand new and worked perfectly. Lasai Villas also arranged smooth and easy transportation from the harbor to the villa and back on the day of departure. There is absolutely nothing to complain about — every detail was carefully thought out. Thanks to the AMAZING staff, we had the dream stay we had hoped for, and we truly can’t wait to come back.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach and close to everything, from sunrise to sunset spots. Despite being so central, the atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and feels just like home. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout my entire stay. Having breakfast served in the villa was a beautiful touch that made the experience even more special. I would return in a heartbeat.

I loved everyhting about the hotel. The location is amazing and is on the sunset part of the island with good restaurant as well. The staff is awesome and will do anything to make your stay incredible. We were welcome in the harbour with a horse carriage which was really cool to go to the villas. The villas were beyond our expectations and the breakfast served directly at the villa was perfect for our little family. Would definitly recommend.

Perfect accommodation with new and clean facilities and an amazing staff. The pool contained quite a bit of chlorine, and the smell was noticeable, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it—especially the privacy it provided for our family. The manager also arranged a fantastic snorkeling trip for us, which was another great experience, as well as horses for transportation to the port on our departure day.

We had an extremely good welcoming from Intan in Villa Palma! She helped us with everything we needed and her team was really kind and efficient. The quiet location in the middle of the island provide an unique experience to disconnect. We advice to rent bikes at the reception to go around the island and discover the different and amazing snorkeling spots.

The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained — everything is spotless and beautifully cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Bali, this has been the best experience by far. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali!
